Today marks the final day of PINK WEEK 2013 at Sewing Seeds! Our classroom became a sewing room this week as volunteers gathered to create beautiful quilts to be donated to local breast cancer fundraising efforts. Nearly 50 women generously gave of their time and talent in constructing seven unique and inspiring quilt tops. The fabric, batting and longarm quilting was donated by Sewing Seeds Quilt Co. Quilts were bound and labeled by volunteers of all skill levels and will soon be delivered to the New Ulm Medical Center, Brown County Relay for Life and other local organizations. Additional photos from the week can be viewed in our photo gallery and also on facebook. THANK YOU to everyone that contributed this week!
